2. Personal Information we collect
2.1 The term PI for this Privacy Policy means any information relating to a natural person being capable of identifying such an individual whether through direct or indirect means in conjunction with data that exists or is likely to exist in the public domain. The various types of information required will therefore depend on the products or services availed by You. However, it is not obligatory to submit additional information that some programs of SU or certain options of the site’s work may be unavailable for You. to vendors or third parties who supply goods and services or otherwise for and on behalf of SU, which third parties include, for example, training providers, partners, third-party event hosting sites, and other third parties who may offer services where a Site accessible from a link on one of our Site; bank/credit card/credit providing companies payment; to SU employees, officers and directors, program coordinators and SU partners. 3.6 Where You are providing PI and SPDI of another natural person (particulars of spouse, children, or parents) to SU, You should ensure that You have the consent of that natural person.

4.1 SU shall not process or disclose Your PI and SPDI to a third party for any purpose other than the ones stated in this Privacy Policy or if processing or disclosure is necessary for compliance with legal requirements or in case You have agreed to it in the contract with SU or otherwise.

You also have the option to revoke the consent that you provided earlier, but please do it in writing. Notwithstanding anything contained herein or elsewhere PI and SPDI if SU deems it necessary to provide You with any service is not provided or if consent is withdrawn subsequently SU reserves the right to not provide You with such services/benefits/amenities.
5.3 This means You have the right to share with us any updates that You have on Your PI and SPDI or privacy preferences at any time.
